یعنی برادران سربازان امام زمان باید تو جواب سوالات ۴۹ و ۵۱ درمورد خدمت سربازیشون بنویسن: چند مدت بود, کی ترخیص شدن, و با چه درجه ای. اکثر کسایی که این فرم رو پر کردن جواب سوالات 49 و 51 رو یکسان دادن, هرچند یه کم عجیبه.
